Banksy’s Coming for Dinner Picked Up by Circus Road Films

LOS ANGELES: Circus Road Films has acquired the worldwide theatrical, television and home-entertainment rights to the satirical feature Banksy’s Coming for Dinner, starring Joan Collins. 

Collins stars as the host of a dinner party thrown for Banksy, the real-life but anonymous British graffiti artist. The film also features Percy Gibson, Tara Newley, Stephen K Amos, Paul De Freitas, Ann Mitchell, Tamara Beckwith, Helen Lederer, Samantha Bloom, Nickolas Grace and Bryan Lawrence. Banksy’s Coming for Dinner was written, produced and directed by Ivan Massow.

In other news, Circus Road Films has added two new executives to its team. Sebastian Twardosz joins Circus Road Films from Allumination FilmWorks, a division of Contentfilm, where he served as senior acquisitions executive. Twardosz’s role at Circus Road Films will be to identify and secure rights to film projects the company will represent. Tara Schemansky Reynolds has been named director of business affairs and will assist in the licensing and distribution of films represented by the company. Before joining Circus Road Films, Reynolds was in private practice representing producers, actors and other clients in the entertainment industry.
